Alex Jezalenko

Leigh Matthews

Jock Mchale??

Worsfold - Captain Eagles Premierships 1992,1994, Coach Permiership 2006

Jesaulenko - Captain Coach Carlton Premiership 1979

McHale - Didn't ever captain Collingwood to a premiership. Coached them to 8 premierships including during 1917 when he was a playing coach, but not the captain

Matthews - Captained Hawthorn to premiership, Coached Collingwood and Brisbane to premierships - so didn't do both at the same club

Hafey - was never captain of Richmond

Researching the players in the previous post I came across 2 more who fit the bill

David Parkin - Premiership Captain Hawthorn 1971, Premiership Coach Hawthorn 1978

Dick Reynolds - Premiership Captain Coach Essendon 1942,1946,1949,1950

so that leaves 2 to go...

Jack Dyer was Captain Coach of Richmond in 1943 when they won the flag.

 

So that leaves one to go.
